Ans: Just check our stock list and choose the unit you want and let us know to discuss your intention to buy the unit. we will do the rest.

Q: What are the countries do you export your construction machines to?

Ans: Aryana Co. Ltd. exports used construction machinery to any country of the world which allows import of used construction machinery from Japan.
Q: What is the payment method?

Ans: We do business on advance TT basis only. We need to confirm the full payment from our customers before we EVER ship any units to any customers.
Q: How can I place my order?

Follow these simple step by step guidelines given below and the construction machinery will be shipped to you.

1 . See our stock listed on our website
2 . Select your desired vehicle.
3 . Get invoice.
4 . Make payment on invoice.
5 . Shipping confirmation is sent.
6 . Vehicle is shipped.

Q: How can I purchase a used construction machine if it is not listed on your website?

Ans: If you want to purchase a Japanese used construction equipment which is not listed in our available stock, then you can email us at: sales@aryanajapan.com or give us a call at our office. We can arrange it especially on the request of our valuable customers.
Q: How is the shipment arranged?

Ans: Upon the receipt of your payment, we will arrange booking of your Japanese construction machinery for shipping on the next available ship to your destination port. All shipping documents will be sent by courier to you after the ship sails from the Japanese port. This is to ensure your documents will arrive well before the ship arrives at your selected port.
Q: What documentation/ Information do you require from me after I have transfered the amount into your bank account?

Ans: Please provide us with the following information and documents for us to be ale to make proper shipping arrangements on time for your purchased vehicles.

a) Consignee Name
b) Consignee Address
c) DHL Address
d) Full contact information such as Contact No., Fax No., etc.
e) If the consignee and the purchaser are different than please let us know clearly.

Please provide us with the above information in order to make sure that all the shipping documentation is correctly prepared before the shipment is made.
Q: What shipping documents will I receive?

Ans: You will receive the following shipping documents from our company after we have shipped the unit to you or your appointed consignee:

a) Bill of Landing
b) Customs Invoice
c) Export / Deregistration Certificate
d) English translation of Export / Deregistration certificate
